Andrew Pence, LNHA

Andrew Pence, LNHA, began his career in the senior care industry in 2010 after graduating from Washington State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Psychology. He worked as a Social Worker in a 100-bed Skilled Nursing Facility, specializing in providing care coordination for patients on hospice. This experience developed a profound passion within him for helping seniors through the most vulnerable time of their lives. Since then, Andrew has held various positions within the senior care industry, ultimately becoming a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in 2007. 

In his spare time, Andrew loves spending time with his family who has been rooted in the Silicon Valley since 1942. He currently lives in Campbell, CA, in the home that his great-grandfather built in 1957. He enjoys hosting parties for family and friends, playing with his energetic pups, trying out new restaurants, and going on road trips to explore the beauty of California! One of his favorite places to visit is Sonora, CA, where his family has been vacationing yearly for over 60 years.
